Oxfam’s Global Citizenship Guides provide helpful rubrics in three key areas of global competence: knowledge and understanding, skills, and values and attitudes. The rubrics delineate those key elements at different stages of development from Pre-K through high school. Oxfam is also an outstanding source of content-specific lesson plans at all grade levels.
